- Before shipment, identify licenses, permits, certificates, sanitary/phytosanitary/veterinary/environmental and other requirements.
- Use technical passports, catalogs, drawings, composition, material, function, model and operating principle to prepare classification/certification documentation.
- Support conformity assessment and documentary coordination with competent state/expert bodies.
- Scope: precise description of goods/works/services, characteristics, assortment, quantity, quality, standards, model/brand and registration/conformity details where applicable.
- HS code and unit of measure; for used machinery - service life/depreciation information where required.
LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS POSTS AND WAREHOUSES
- Road, rail, container and multimodal transport; route and vehicle selection.
- CMR/TIR, transit declaration, EPI/EDI, border and terminal documentation.
- Warehousing, temporary storage, consolidation, transshipment, loading/unloading, repacking, palletizing, marking/barcoding.
- Customs inspection/examination, measurement, weighing, sampling, identification and photo/video records.
- Physical-goods reconciliation against contract, invoice, specification and technical documents.
- Coordination of customs post/warehouse/terminal/carrier/client until release.
- Permit/certification issue discovered only after cargo arrival.
