RANDARA integrates customs, foreign trade, legal, banking-compliance and logistics work into one managed chain. The objective is not to fix problems after cargo arrives, but to design the transaction correctly before the contract is signed and goods are shipped. We support complex customs regimes, foreign trade contracts, FX/banking documentation, permits, incentives, logistics, warehousing, problem cargo and investor protection.
WHAT RANDARA DOES - INTEGRATED MODEL
- Before contract signing we build a transaction map covering goods/works/services, seller, buyer, payer, shipper, consignee, bank and logistics roles.
- We perform a pre-check of HS classification, customs value, regime, customs charges, incentives and permits.
- We draft/review foreign trade contracts, specifications, amendments, invoices, packing lists and technical documents.
- We align data for E-kontrakt and the servicing bank and support the data-entry process subject to the economic entity's authority and digital-signature requirements.
- We document FX payments and receipts against the underlying trade transaction and prepare supporting packages for bank KYC/AML review.
- We coordinate international logistics, border, transit, warehouse, terminal and practical customs-post work.
- We handle problem cargo and disputes involving classification, valuation, permits, incentives and release delays on a case-by-case basis.
- Where legally supported and agreed, RANDARA may act as importer, consignee or commercial intermediary.

Core principle: identify contract, classification, permit, incentive-basis or bank-document inconsistencies before shipment rather than after cargo arrives.
